I LOVE THY “MAPLEWOOD” DECK

By teaming up with Brandon Gee of Keep It Gee Skate, this deck was completed to memorialize two important figures in both of our lives. His father Barry Gee, a Germantown native and my God Father Ekow Awoonor, who lived in Accra, Ghana. Both of their stories tell us of what it’s like to come from nothing to becoming the pillars of their communities.

This board was made to inspire a generation of new thinkers and entrepreneurs to remember their roots and to never give up. Funds from these sales will go towards funding skate lessons and equipment for inner city youth.
